Object of the contract : This consultation concerns the execution of an insurance service relating to the vehicle fleet and the vehicle guarantee for employees and trainees on mission of the Bordeaux Airport Company.
The needs are expressed in the Special Conditions and the documents cited therein.
Duration of the contract: The duration of the contract is indicated in the special conditions.
The start date for services is January 1, 2022.
Number and consistency of lots: The contract is made up of a single lot.
Award procedure: This consultation is launched in accordance with the Public Order Code in an adapted procedure (article R.2123-1 of the Public Order Code).
The consultation is open to all candidates who can respond to one or more lots depending on their capacity.
Terms of allocation: In the event of a grouping, a candidate will not be able to present himself in several groups.
The group will be either joint and several, or joint and several representative, after the award of the contract.
A negotiation phase may be held with the candidates.
In this case, a shortlist of a maximum of 4 candidates may be established during the analysis of the offers on the basis of the scoring criteria if the number of offers allows it.
The negotiation phase will ultimately allow the selection of the best-ranked offer and the establishment of the contract.
The contract may in certain cases be awarded on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.

Technical value: 40 %
