Mobile Health Insecurity Teams (EMSPs) allow you to meet people in very precarious or very precarious situations, where they live, and to implement supportive methods in a “going to” approach, regardless of their administrative status.
These teams provide adequate care, carry out health checks, contribute to health education and therapeutic education of the assisted persons and offer comprehensive support adapted to the needs of the persons.
They have an interface role with the actors of the health, medical-social and social sectors and ensure prevention, mediation and general care actions to encourage the orientation of people towards suitable structures, services and professional figures.
They can intervene in the context of relocated offices within social or medical-social structures and carry out training or awareness raising actions.
According to the selected intervention modalities, the teams can be called to ad hoc meet the basic needs of the people (nutrition, hygiene).
PMSCs are autonomous structures and have their own authorization to operate.
