After having facilitated the opening of two fishmongers, a cheese dairy and an Italian grocery store on its territory, the City of Bron is currently launching a call for those initiating a project to open a brasserie in the city centre.
During the municipal council in April, the elected officials approved the specifications for the retrocession of premises suitable for a brasserie-restaurant project with a terrace with a location in the heart of downtown Bron and with a surface area of 180 m2. interior and 64,000 euros floor price. The call for projects is open until July 11, 2022.
The municipality’s wish is to find a project leader for genuine traditional catering, with a daily special, ideally open for lunch and dinner, offering an offer throughout the day, so that residents can have a coffee there. in the morning with the newspaper bought at the nearby bookstore, a drink in the afternoon or after work.
“The inhabitants of Bron and neighboring towns are very keen on a brasserie in the city center, also open on weekends. Our offer, which is attractive because of its price and its location, should attract several project leaders. Both better if we are spoiled for choice!” explains Jérémie Bréaud, Mayor of Bron and Regional Councillor.
