The Segovia Healthcare Management next week incorporates new age groups to the provincial vaccination program that is developed in the three fixed points of vaccine administration, which integrate all the basic health areas of the province and are located in Cantalejo, Cuéllar and Segovia capital.
In the fixed point of vaccination of the ‘Pedro Delgado’ pavilion, to which citizens of the capital and the entire province can go, on Monday, July 5, the first dose of the vaccine against COVID-19 will be administered to those born in 1984; On Tuesday, July 6, those born in 1985 will be vaccinated; on Wednesday the 7th, those born in 1986; and on Thursday, July 8, those born in 1987 and 1988 will receive the vaccine.
At the vaccination point of the Cuéllar health center, to which citizens of the basic health areas of Cuéllar, Carbonero el Mayor and Nava de la Asunción should address, a new age group will be incorporated every day of the week, from Monday to Thursday: on Monday, those born in 1978; Tuesday, 1979; Wednesday, 1980; and Thursday, 1981. On Friday, July 9, those born in the first semester of 1982 will be vaccinated.
In the Cantalejo health center, fixed point of reference vaccination for residents in the basic health areas of Cantalejo, Sepúlveda, Riaza, Fuentesaúco de Fuentidueña and Sacramenia, and to which users of the La Sierra health area can also go, on Monday, April 5 July, those born in 1984 will be included in the vaccination, and on Friday, July 9, those born in 1985.
As every week, in addition to scheduling the vaccination of new age cohorts, the Healthcare Management will continue in the three fixed points with the administration of doses to complete the vaccination cycle of those people who meet the period established by each pharmacist for receive the second dose.
Each new call from the Healthcare Management for vaccination against covid in the sports hall ‘Pedro Delgado’ includes the ‘reuptake’ of born since 1962 who did not go to be vaccinated in the call made for their age range. In other words, each call for first doses includes all the cohorts since 1962.
In this way, anyone who has not attended their age call, from any point of the province, can go to the fixed point of the capital in another call, as long as their year of birth is within the age limits of the Call in force at this vaccination center. The goal is to offer the population more opportunities to get vaccinated.
