In Hoy por Hoy Región de Murcia, over the last few days, we have learned about the evolution and the measures that the municipalities of Lorca and Murcia have been implementing, so this Tuesday we have focused on the new localities that have had to apply restrictive measures to contain the virus.
The mayor of Alhama, Mariola Guevara; The mayor of Abarán, Jesús Gómez, and the mayor of Fuente Álamo, Juana María Martínez, have called, on the SER microphones, to the responsibility of all the neighbors to prevent the spread of SARSCOV2.
Alhama had already restricted certain activities in the municipality, despite not having any cases, due to the close family ties they have with Totana, which returned to Phase 1. Fuente Álamo has closed municipal swimming pools and sports centers. The mayor of Abarán points out that the sixteen cases of the municipality have been located and a follow-up is being carried out, so he sends a message of tranquility. The mayors agree that the average age of those infected has decreased and most of those affected are young.
