Would you like to gain event experience in a strong team – and do you like music and live events? We are looking for a project assistant or intern to support you for the International Music Award (IMA) in autumn in Berlin, the music award from Axel Springer and the ROLLING STONE. The position is initially limited to the end of the year.
Your tasks:
Project assistant to the project manager and the team for the International Music Award (IMA)
Support with organizational tasks such as preparation of presentations, calculations, organization of appointments, negotiations with service providers, marketing and sponsoring partners as well as the editing of the IMA
Support in advance and on site at the event
Research
Our requirements:
Great interest in music and keen on live events
(first) experience in project management
Independent work, assertiveness
Good communication skills and organizational skills
Knowhow in Sachen Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter)
