The University of A Coruña opens the term of the call for accommodation places in its two public residences for the next academic year. In Elvira Bao there will be 116, provided that sanitary conditions are guaranteed. In Ferrol, there will be 20, under the same premise. The terms range between 108 and 230 euros.
To the call for places in the Coruña residence, located in the Calvo Sotelo complex, they will not be able to present those who live in the city or in its metropolitan area or in municipalities such as Carballo, Laracha, Oza-Cesuras, Cerceda, Ordes or Miño. As reported by the UDC, the distance between the family home during the course and the educational center and the frequencies of public transport and school hours will be taken into account.
The period of stay will include from September 21 to June 15, 2021. 20% of the places will be reserved for students who start their studies in the first year for the first time. Two individual places will be allocated to people with a 33% disability, associated with difficulties in their mobility.
