Do you use an app to combat anxiety, stress or depression? De Standaard wants to know whether self-help apps really make people happier.

There are countless apps that claim to help you sleep better, help you de-stress or combat feelings of anxiety and depression. The Superior Health Council is concerned about the proliferation of self-help apps and has therefore formulated a number of recommendations for digital applications related to mental well-being.
