What you will do:
For our customer, a modern service company in the automotive sector, we are looking for a call center employee (m/f/d) inbound in Frankfurt am Main.
You will be available around the clock to advise a German automobile club, its members and other customers and you will work here in emergency call and customer care.
In this role you will take on the following tasks:
- You accept the telephone emergency reports from members and customers from home and abroad
- You start and organize the service and assistance
- You provide information about the services of the Automobile Club over the phone
- You record damage in the car insurance area by telephone

What we expect:
- No degree required
- You are available 20 or 30 hours a week
- You are willing to work in a shift system and ideally already have experience in the shift system
- You also have experience in telephony and are customer-oriented
- You have a confident and calm demeanor
- You have very good knowledge of German and good English (min. B1)
- You have an understanding of the automotive sector
- You are confident in dealing with the PC, especially with MS Office
