CIUDAD FERNÁNDEZ.- They invite the population to donate medicines to Cáritas Parroquial, the keys of greatest demand are for diabetes and pressure, the resource that is collected from the sale is destined for the purchase of 80 pantries for the most vulnerable population, said Amalia Guevara Cedillo, manager.
He indicated that, “they are going through a difficult situation, there is no donation of medicines, we are scarce, people have not approached to donate.”
He emphasized that the drug for pressure and diabetes is the one in greatest demand, there are few keys, and indicated that people who have this drug at home that is not expired donate it.
The medicine is sold from 5 to 15 pesos, the money is channeled to the purchase of pantries, which are distributed to elderly people and with some type of disability, the food support consists of rice, beans, sugar, coffee, cookies and free delivery to the most vulnerable sector, he concluded.
