California Governor Gavin Newsom says they are trying to run more tests of coronavirus to prevent cases from escalating. The state records at least 391,000 positive cases. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said that if the new infections do not stop significantly, the city will be declared on red alert and there would be strict measures of confinement. “We have to be disciplined,” said Garcetti.
