Al-Murr pointed out that the mother’s malnutrition during pregnancy is a major cause of calcium deficiency in newborns, so he stressed the need for the mother to eat foods rich in it, in addition to the necessary vitamins and nutritional supplements during pregnancy.
The internal medicine consultant recommended that you consume more milk and its derivatives on a daily basis, provided that it does not become a substitute for the three main meals, and therefore you must eat 3 cups of milk per day, in addition to taking calcium in the form of tablets (one tablet per day) at a dose of 300 grams or 500 grams at a time.
