No to the suspension of the Dpcm of 3 November in which the government declared the region Calabria ‘red zone’. To decide with a decree the TAR of Lazio on the appeal presented by the Region.
The Tar stressed that “the conditions for accepting the request do not exist single precautionary but that the reasons of urgency exist to prepare the shortening of the terms in order to allow the collective discussion of the precautionary petition in the council chamber “set for next November 18.
