Mother’s Day and home-made cakes belong together like Wrzburg and Franconian wine. According to a press release, the Café Perspective will therefore offer regular cake and cake sales from next Sunday. The charitable institution of the BRK at the Waldfriedhof, in which mentally ill people find employment, wants to create a piece of normalcy for its employees. “This way you can not only enjoy delicious cakes and tarts, but also do something good at the same time,” says Sybille Ludewig-Pechtl from the Social Psychiatric Service of the Red Cross, who launched the campaign.
Starting on May 10, the Caf Perspective offers a sale of homemade cakes and pies on Sundays and public holidays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The perspective café is located in Waldkugelweg 47, 97082 Wrzburg, Tel .: (0931) 7846204.
