Who is affected by the collection of these new fees?

The collection of these commissions applies to those CaixaBank customers who operate at the ATMs of the entities listed below. Although the rule also affects those former customers of Bankia, since it was absorbed by CaixaBank and all customers started having their bank accounts and money in the latter entity.

At which ATMs do these fees apply?

The new commissions that CaixaBank will apply are with entities with which the the former Bankia has reached an agreement to carry out cash withdrawals without additional costs. In particular, these entities are:
