The first news on Saturday told of a twenty-two year old who died the night before because she had lost control of the scooter in Caivano (Naples), perhaps due to a pirate, and another person on board was injured. The investigations of the carabinieri have brought to light a chilling truth. His brother Michele, 30 years old, would have rammed the bike driven by Maria Paola Gaglione. He would chase her to punish her because he couldn’t stand her having a stable relationship with another woman, who was with her on the scooter.

The reconstruction
Michele Gaglione would have used his own scooter to ram that of his sister, who after the impact ended up against the fence of a field. Maria Paola hit a pipe of an irrigation system, and would have died instantly. Her brother would not have worried about her but would have hurled himself on the injured partner. Stopped by the carabinieri of the Acerra barracks he would have told the military, as reported by the Morning: I did bullshit. I didn’t want to kill anyone, but to teach my sister a lesson and especially to the one who “infected” my sister who has always been “normal”.
