Caitlin Clark breaks assist record and Lexie Hull shines with triples in the Fever’s victory over Seattle

He Indiana Fever continues its path to get into the playoffs and a sample of its great moment was the game against Seattle Storm, where they took the 92-75 victory, with a new record for Caitlin Clark in her rookie season and with Lexie Hull having one of the best games of his career.

Skylar Diggins-Smith responded with consecutive baskets in the zone to put the game at six points just 28 seconds later after, But Hull again scored consecutive triples (this time in a span of 31 seconds) to start a 15-2 run. Clark followed with another triple and then received an assist on Mitchell and Dantas triples, the latter of which gave the Fever a 90-71 lead with 2:24 remaining.

Loyd led Seattle (17-10) with 26 points, Diggins-Smith scored 15 and Nneka Ogwumike added 14 points, nine rebounds and four steals. The trio combined to shoot just 20 of 54 from the field while that the Storm shot just 38.9% (28 of 72) overall.

Indiana (13-15), which has matched its win total from the 2023 campaign With 12 games remaining in the regular season, they have won consecutive games following the month-long break for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The Fever have won four of five overall and are 10-5 after winning just three of 11 games to open the season.
