Cairo Governorate has issued an alert to citizens regarding the date for the application of daylight savings time, with its imminent implementation.
Cairo Governorate said, on its Facebook page, that from the last Friday of April, corresponding to April 28, 2023, until the end of the last Thursday of October, corresponding to October 26, 2023, the hour will be advanced by 60 minutes.
And introducing the hour by 60 minutes means that once the hour reaches 12 pm next Thursday, it will become 1 hour, not 12 after adjusting it.
