Felipe Caicedo is still on the hunt for his first goal with the Inter shirt. Arriving on loan from Genoa at the end of January, the Ecuadorian striker took the field only in the finals of two league matches: on February 25th at the 87th away match against Genoa and at the 90th at home with Fiorentina on March 19th. . In both cases Simone Inzaghi’s move, who had already coached him at Lazio, did not give the hoped-for results and the goal did not arrive.
Caicedo was ready to enter from the bench instead of Dzeko last Saturday at San Siro against Hellas Verona, but then Calhanoglu asked for the change and so he was replaced by Gagliardini.
