UDINE (ITALPRESS) – Cagliari beats Udinese 2-1 after extra time in the match valid for the round of 32 of the 2023/2024 Italian Cup thanks to goals from Nicolas Viola and Gianluca Lapadula and qualifies for the round of 16, where they will meet Milan. The Sardinian team started off on the right foot, immediately showing up in the opposing half of the field with Oristanio, who was the most active in the first half of the match. In the 13th minute it was he who kicked for the first time, missing the target. The rossoblù team loses Di Pardo due to injury in the 18th minute, so coach Claudio Ranieri is forced to replace him by sending Zappa onto the pitch.
