The Association of Producers and Traders Las Caderechas, owner of the Cherry and Manzana Reineta Guarantee Marks, continues its training activities with the aim of increasing the knowledge of fruit growers. To do this, it has organized a new conference on Sustainable Fruit Growing. The training will be carried out in mixed modality, through a virtual classroom, on Friday, January 27, and José Ignacio Velasco Calvo, an agronomist, will discuss the new regulations applicable to farms (fertilization and farm notebook). On Saturday 28, at the Valle de las Caderechas Interpretation Center in Salas de Bureba, Carlos María Gil García, an agricultural technical engineer and fruit growing technical advisor, will address the sustainable cultivation of fruit trees, soil management, pruning and irrigation in light of the problem of climate change.
