For the third consecutive year, CACTIUSA De RL, as part of the celebration of International Earth Day, confirms its commitment to taking care of our planet with its environmental program “The Earth needs us, do your part” by giving away more than 900 ornamental fruit trees to our associates and the general public who visited the 9 CACTIUSA De RL agencies

According to SALVANATURA, 70% of the national territory is in serious condition due to the indiscriminate felling of trees.

CACTIUSA De RL, through its environmental program “The earth needs us, do your part” seeks to make our membership aware of the importance of planting a tree that is the home of thousands of birds as well as the true lungs of planet Earth.

CACTIUSA De RL, is a cooperative founded 58 years ago; and through the Education and Social Development Committee it executes different programs that are based on the 7th Cooperative Principle focused on providing help from the community, some of these are aimed at the elderly, breast cancer prevention, the environment, among others.
