It’s the domino effect. This Monday, May 9, 2022, a theft of 2,500 meters of cable was observed on photovoltaic panels installed in Saucats by a green energy production company in Lot-et-Garonne.

But the absence of these stolen cables led to overheating and caused a fire on the installations. The damage would exceed 250,000 euros. An investigation was entrusted to the gendarmes.
