Cable one: “Elementary” replaces “Hawaii Five-0”

Kabel Eins will provide a bit of variety in its afternoon program from the end of November, which will continue to consist of American crime series. But “Hawaii Five-0” will say goodbye for the time being at the end of the month. The last weekday episode will air on November 19th. It’s about the fourth season episode “Right next door”.

From Monday, November 22nd, the 2pm slot will be taken over by the US crime series “Elementary”, which was also ordered by CBS. Kabel-Eins fans already know the format. In the past, the station had production at different points in its program, including in prime time or in the daytime program on the weekend.

The broadcast starts again with the pilot episode. In “Elementary” the Briton Jonny Lee Miller (“Trainspotting”) plays a modern Sherlock Holmes with a dose of madness and irresistible charm. Lucy Liu is the first female Dr. Watson, who stands by her brilliant protégé as an equal partner.

Incidentally, there is no change in the program environment. Before “Elementary”, Kabel Eins retains reruns of “Castle” and “The Mentalist” in the line-up, after 3 pm there are double episodes of “Navy CIS: LA”, which are interrupted by the short “Kabel Eins News”.
