Cabildo: Febles Campos patients will be rehoused while a new center is built | Radio Club Tenerife

The more than 270 patients that currently has the Febles Campos Hospital, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, they will be relocated to a temporary location. The Cabildo de Tenerife has launched a public tender – closed last Friday – where they have already received proposals to build a new building.

The new property that will host the new Hospital Febles Campos, will be built on the same site after the current building is demolished. And for this to be a reality, the proposals submitted must “meet the requirements”, as confirmed by the president of the Tenerife Council, Pedro Martín.

It so happens that the Cabildo social area, led by Marian Franquet, had increased its funding by 19 million euros with the idea of starting to look for relocation alternatives for the users of the Febles Campos Hospital due to the deterioration suffered by the complex.
