How do I redeem my offer?
Once the purchase is made, you can obtain the ticket in the following ways and thus redeem your offer:
• From your Oferplan account in “My purchases” you can print it.
• From your email account you can download your ticket and show it on your mobile or printed to access the venue.
It is essential to present your coupon on your mobile or printed at the box office to exchange it for the ticket.
