The work of the Strasbourg bypass motorway has very clearly just moved into its last phase, that of the tests. Twenty of the twenty-four kilometers are now covered with asphalt, with white bands, slides, panels, in short they are completed. The viaduct to the south and a few hectometers of wearing course at the ends remain to be covered with asphalt. For the rest, the site is almost finished. “The asphalt paving will be finished next week,” indicates Jean-Luc Fournier, spokesperson for Arcos, the motorway concession company, a subsidiary of the Vinci group.
