By mistake.. Microsoft provides “Windows 11” updates for computers that do not support it

Recently, some users of the “Windows 10” system were surprised by the American company “Microsoft” asking them to upgrade to the “Windows 11” system, even though their personal computers do not meet the minimum requirements for its operation.

And some users monitored the wrong “Microsoft” request, by publishing a full-screen notification sent by the company to users, in which it informs them that they can install “Windows 11” on a system of random access memory “RAM” with a capacity of only 2 GB.

And “Microsoft” admitted, in a statement, that “the computers to which the notification was sent failed to complete the update process, because they were not qualified, and did not meet the minimum requirements to run “Windows 11”.

It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that Microsoft has mistakenly requested some Windows 10 users to upgrade to Windows 11. Last year, hundreds of testers of the beta version of Windows Insider were able to install the operating system. Although their devices do not meet the minimum requirements.

Microsoft requires that a personal computer feature a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) before it allows the installation of its latest operating system.
