This project is implemented by the “Baltic Horizon Fund” real estate fund, while the concept is developed and the space is managed by the property management and consulting firm “CBRE Baltics “.
“2023. The” Gallery Center “will become the home of an unprecedented exciting venue that will provide a new kind of hospitality and entertainment experience for both Riga residents and city guests. The space of flavors and events will gather more of 10 authentic and modern Latvian cafes, restaurants and bars in one place, which will welcome guests in an environment with a unified concept of interior design and hospitality. Its surface area will be over 1,500 square meters and will be located on the 4th floor of the shopping center, “says Sanita Krieger, manager of Galerijas Centrs.
