Prosecutor (JPU) believes defendant Strong Ma’ruf was involved in the premeditated murder of Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat. Prosecutors describe events that show Strong’s involvement in Joshua’s killing.
“It is described in the indictment of the defendant’s involvement in the act of depriving the victim of the life of the victim Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat with Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Ricky Rizal Wibowo and Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu,” said the prosecutor reading the plea response at the South Jakarta District Court, Jalan Ampera Raya, South Jakarta, Thursday (20/10/2022).
