BWF World Tour 2023 Semifinal Match Recap, Two Representatives Defeated, Indonesia Without Representatives in the Final

FAJAR.CO.ID, HANGZHOU — Recap of the match results of Indonesian representatives competing in the semifinals of the 2023 BWF World Tour Final.

Indonesia certainly failed to send its representatives to the final after Jonatan Christie and Fajar Alfian/Rian Ardianto failed in the semifinals.

The defeat of two Indonesian representatives in the semifinals also ensured that whether or not Indonesia’s representatives would be in the final round would be a minor result.

For Indonesian men’s singles, Jonathan Christie had to recognize the superiority of his opponent Shi Yu Qi in a straight game match that lasted 55 minutes.

The results of the Jonatan Christie vs Shi Yu Qi match ended with a score of 16-21, 15-21.

Previously, the Indonesian men’s doubles pair, Fajar Alfian/Rian Ardianto, also failed to advance to the final after being defeated by Liang Wei Keng/Wang Chang.
