BWF World Ranking Update – It’s Anthony and Jonathan’s turn to move up

BOLASPORT.COM – Two men’s singles badminton players Indonesia, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting And Jonathan Christiehas seen an increase in the latest BWF World Ranking.

Anthony Sinisuka Ginting And Jonathan Christie compact rose two stripes in the latest update of the BWF World Rankings for week 46 on Tuesday (15/11/2022).

Anthony’s rise in the middle of this year has taken a toll on his prestigious position in the BWF World Rankings.

Anthony had previously shown a decline in performance after winning a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics which took place last year.

Anthony’s success in winning the 2022 Singapore Open and Hylo Open brought his ranking to 6th in the world.

Similarly, Jonatan showed strong performances at the beginning of the year by reaching the finals of the Swiss Open, Korea Open and the 2022 Asian Championships three times.

One of them, Jonathan, won the Super 300 Swiss Open 2022 tournament.

Jonathan’s appearance has also been more consistent than his rivals this year, who have often made it to the quarter-finals. Jonathan is now ranked fifth in the world of men’s singles.
