BOLASPORT.COM – Two Indonesian men’s singles players, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonathan Christie experienced a rank increase in the latest release of the world ranking BWF.

Federation Badminton world or BWF has released the latest world ranking update for the fourth week today, Tuesday (24/1/2023).

In the latest update, the two main men’s singles rankings have increased for Indonesia Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonathan Christie.

The two players each moved up one level even though they failed to reach the final round in the previous tournament, the India Open 2023.

Starting with Anthony Ginting, he managed to move up one level from last week after his steps in the 2023 India Open lasted until the semifinals.

Ranked second in the world, the player from Cimahi, West Java, trails Danish men’s singles Viktor Axelsen who is still firmly on top of the world.

Anthony took the position after he managed to replace Lee Zii Jia from Malaysia who was experiencing a decline in performance.

Following a series of disappointing results, Lee Zii Jia is now stuck in fourth place in the world.
