BW state government highly concerned
“The situation is serious. We must now do everything we can to ensure that we do not overload the health system,” said State Secretary Dr. Ute Leidig (Greens) in Stuttgart. “When our intensive care units are full, we have to turn seriously ill people away – we absolutely have to prevent such a scenario. The most effective protection against this is vaccination.”
The State Secretary also emphasized that the other established precautionary and hygiene measures – such as wearing the mask – are still urgently necessary against this background.
