It was also confirmed that the building is located in the very heart of Moscow. At first, they asked 70 million rubles for the apartment, but later they reduced the price to 65 million rubles.
According to the former concert director of the artist Olga Konyakhin,” the then mayor of Moscow helped Rotaru buy an apartment Yuri Luzhkov. At some event, he went to talk to her and found out that when she came to Moscow, she stayed at a hotel. “How come? Does such a person not have his own home?” Yuri Mikhailovich was surprised.
