Buyers of Warcraft III: Reforged can get money back from Blizzard – Gaming – News

Well, it is a practice that I have indeed abandoned. In my opinion, Blizzard was still quite safe (and yes: I like BFA and have not been disappointed in that: I only find the M + affixes a bit less but otherwise the raids and world content have been entertaining and what I think of a character driven MMO expected).

WC3 reforged … well … I think I’m lucky. It didn’t crash, and although 21: 9 is a bit tricky, changing to full screen desktop was the way to solve it. The characters look cool, and the campaign is fun again as usual (I didn’t have any interest in multiplayer …). I am satisfied with that. It is stable with me (although I have overkill hardware … threadripper + RTX2080). I just think the glow in the animated character portraits seems a little unnatural. The cut scenes … that’s a shame. Although I was glad that the prologue demo is intact again … “win some, lose some” … All in all … although I am reasonably positive, there are also enough negatives. I consider it just like classic: a museum piece to look at and preserve from time to time, but not to see it seriously as “the next best thing” that will always and forever replace everything else (BFA> Classic, in many affairs … especially community).

All in all, I think this might be a storm in a glass of water, although I do notice that my PC occasionally (no frame drops / crashes) during missions with many units gets a bit of a load, and my custom runs water temp shoots up 4 degrees … Actually, it is crazy … but good … no serious impact.

One thing has done this. Although I have shadowlands on pre-order and have faith in it … I think twice about everything else (SURE re-masters …) that I pre-order from blizzard. I also look at the Diablo-4 cat from the tree, for example (although the blizzcon gameplay looked fat … but there must also be something fun endgame in it …)
