SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES
From Innova Informatica we inform you that 95% of the orders in the Canary Islands with delivery in 24/48 hours are made during the first 24 hours.
However, for our clients in La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro, the term can be extended up to 72 hours.
Keep in mind that orders placed after 12:30 p.m. on Friday or on the eve of a holiday will be processed the next business day.
If you place the order after 12:30 p.m., the order will be shipped the next business day.
If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
If the purchase has been paid by bank transfer, the shipment is processed when we receive the payment.
We will not be able to comply with the 24h/48h term in exceptional cases due to causes beyond Innova Informatica’s control or due to inclement weather; there may be some delay in some particular case.
Deliveries are made from “Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00”. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
