“Buy Without Looking: Turning Dreams Into Reality Within Cycling Distance in De Bilt, Zeist and Bilthoven”

The couple, both working in the hospital in Utrecht, are looking for their dream home in the De Bilt, Zeist and Bilthoven area. Why right there? Simply because these places are within cycling distance of their work. They want a single-family home with sufficient storage space, at least four bedrooms and a child-friendly outdoor area. All this for a budget of 600,000 euros.

The pressure is immediately felt by Paul and Kim, because real estate agent Alex points them to the infamous ‘concession clock’. “When the clock hits zero, I’ll be at your door and we’ll have to talk,” he warns the couple. A few weeks later the time has come: the clock is at zero and Alex pays Paul and Kim a visit. They decide during the conversation to expand the search area.

Soon Alex finds a house that meets the requirements. Bob is also enthusiastic, after which Alex makes an offer. The offer is accepted, after which Bob’s handyman team gets to work. After a challenging puzzle tour, Paul and Kim wonder if the team really found them a nice home. “It’s very stressful,” says Paul.

Fortunately, the team knows about Buy without Looking Paul and Kim still surprise with the end result. The new house is tailored to their wishes down to the last detail and despite the concessions, the couple immediately feel at home in their new home. The moment of the reveal is emotional for Paul and Kim. They are delighted with their new home and can’t wait to move in. Paul is even in tears that the team of Buy without Looking realized their dream home.
