Samsung Electronics Indonesia presents two new ordering services, namely Store Pickup and Online Order.
Samsung Electronics Indonesia presents sales service gadget Samsung, namely Store Pickup. Through this new service, consumers can order products gadget, as smartphone, tablet, and wearables in a way online and picked up at the nearest Samsung Store or desired location.
“Samsung always listens to the desires of consumers who are constantly looking for better, in terms of product quality and service for them. To provide the best experience having Samsung Galaxy“We provide convenience through Store Pickup services via Samsung.com/id and Online Orders at Samsung Stores spread across 41 locations,” said Yooky Kim, Head of Online Store Samsung.com, Samsung Electronics Indonesia.
Store Pickup was initiated for those who live alone and spend more time outdoors. Thus, products purchased online online and delivered by courier, difficult to receive directly. Therefore, Samsung presents Store Pickup as a solution that gives consumers flexibility in situations like this.
To use Store Pickup, potential customers need to make purchases through the official Samsung.com/id website. Then select the desired Samsung Store location to pick up the product after completing the transaction (checkout). Consumers will also be offered extra service options, such as Quick Setup, Smart Witch, tutorials on how to use the new Galaxy device, product sanitization services, and consultation when picking up products.
If the desired Galaxy device is not available at the selected Samsung Store location, consumers have another ordering option, namely Online Order. Samsung’s product consultant will guide consumers to order the product via Online Order, where the product will be sent by courier to the destination address.
This service also offers 0% interest installment options for up to 24 months, free shipping, Samsung Care+, and online product exchange opportunities. Online Order is currently available at 41 Samsung Stores in 20 cities in Indonesia and will continue to be added.
