Ford finally returned to the Indonesian automotive market. Through the new brand holder agent (APM), PT Mitra Bisnis (MB), Ford has launched a new car in Indonesia.
PT MB as a subsidiary of the RMA Group has previously managed Ford after-sales since the American automotive brand left Indonesia in 2016. Now, since 2020, PT MB has become the official distributor of Ford’s fleet of vehicles.

Ford’s return to Indonesia was marked by the launch of the Ford Ranger Pick-up and the Ford Everest SUV. The Ford Everest is a 7 seater SUV that is suitable for large families in Indonesia. While the Ford Ranger is a pickup truck that can serve a variety of work, adventure, and family needs.

While the Ford Everest comes with a 2.2L Turbo Diesel engine that produces 160 PS at 3,200 rpm with a maximum torque of 385 Nm at 1,600-2,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission. That’s for the Everest Trend 2.2L Turbo Diesel 4×2 6AT type.
