If you look at the video, there are customers who protest after ordering hot Americano coffee at the Zus Coffee cafe located in Malaysia. Orders that come are of course what the customer wants, but the thing that is a problem is the size of the coffee cup. This customer is angry because his Americano order came in a small cup.
