Frontman FOO FIGHTER Dave Grohl he is not only one of the biggest nice guys in the rock industry, he also paid for a good guy for a long time. At least until now. This week he publicly admitted to cheating on his wife, with the affair currently leading to the birth of an illegitimate daughter.
“I recently became the father of a little daughter who was born out of wedlock. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children and I am doing everything to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.” Grohl confided on Instagram, adding: “We are grateful for your consideration for all the children involved as we work together to resolve the situation.”
The 55-year-old Grohl has been married since 2003 to Jordyn Blum, who in the past made a living as a model and producer for the MTV music station. She was part of several FOO FIGHTERS projects as well as the muse for tracks like “Statues” or “Burn Away”. She and Grohl have three daughters together, but not much else is publicly known about her.
Likewise, not much is known about Grohl’s first wife, photographer Jennifer Youngblood, to whom he was married from 1994-1997.
