A 29-year-old student from Metz, the companion of the protesting Russian artist Piotr Pavlenski was placed in police custody on Saturday evening. Since the dissemination of intimate videos concerning former MP La République En Marche (LREM), the name of Alexandra de Taddeo has been on everyone’s lips. Companion for more than a year of Piotr Pavlenski, the man who claimed the dissemination of messages and videos of a sexual nature involving Benjamin Griveaux, the young woman was placed in police custody Saturday evening, as well as her companion , for “invasion of privacy” and “dissemination without sexual consent of the person”.
First recipient of the message
The young woman of 29 years indicates on her LinkedIn profile, now deleted but of which Le Figaro had taken cognizance, be both a master 2 at Sciences Po Toulouse and study “public international law” in master 2 at the Parisian university Assas with the aim of becoming a lawyer. At the same time, we learn from his profile that Alexandra de Taddeo would be a member of the Paris Youth Council, a body which enables young Parisians to be active in the definition and implementation of municipal policies.
The law student would therefore be the primary recipient of the intimate videos released last week. Although their release is recent, these videos are said to be “2 to 3 years old,” according to an interview with Piotr Pavlenski on February 14, where he claimed to have broadcast messages and videos involving Benjamin Griveaux.

Besides the Russian nationality of her companion, born in Leningrad (Saint Petersburg), Alexandra de Taddeo seems to have a real interest in the country of the Tsars. When she hosted a program on the radio Fréquence Protestante in 2017, she notably invited Alexandre Makogonoc, secretary at the Russian embassy in France, as well as a Russian gallery owner, reports Le Figaro. The young, multilingual woman speaks 5 languages, including Russian, and is also the author of a dissertation on Russia’s foreign policy towards the Arctic.
