Busulis: In the future, he could be a deputy of Talsi region

In a conversation with the journalist of the magazine “Patiesā Dzīve” Andris Bernātas, the musician Intars Busulis is asked if he is not afraid of old age.

He answers that no, the main thing is to have something to do and he doesn’t want to get into trouble. I. Busulis also states that his goal is not to sing about all things until the end of his life. “If it sounds to me even at the age of 74, I will sing, if it doesn’t sound, I will suffer,” says I. Busulis, adding that there are several examples in Latvia that you can actively play music even in advanced years, for example, Guntis Veits. “Perhaps, at that age, I will not create such a long program as Waits. I would like to be like Raymond Paul – go on stage with seven songs.”

There are also other fields of activity. For example, at the age of 74, to work as a deputy in Talsu County Council. It will be an experience that I can share, the musician thinks.
