This is the boutique in Barcelona, which is part of the Spanish police report.

I have a document from the prosecutor’s office in Spain that I have not committed a crime, and the companies and individuals who are being investigated there have a legitimate business. It is signed by the Prosecutor General and his Deputy. The investigation there has been completed and archived.
This was stated to “24 Chasa” by the businessman Yordan Hristov, whose name is in the report of the Spanish police, distributed to the media on Monday. Investigators write that he is a proxy for an offshore company from Cyprus, which participated in the capital increase of the Spanish company EMA BGS of Georgi Yovchev, father of Borislava Yovcheva. The company has run a boutique in the luxury part of Barcelona and is estimated to cost 2.2m euros. Yordan Hristov has been identified as close to the then ruling GERB party and former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.
What is being spread is the preliminary work of the police. On the basis of these developments, the competent authorities in Spain have concluded that there are no crimes. Another issue is that the dissemination of this report is illegal. I am not a politician, I am an ordinary businessman, I earn my money by working. All this is harassment for me, commented Yordan Hristov. He assisted in the investigation both in Spain and in Bulgaria. According to him, the whole case concerns Spain, where the investigation has ended with the conclusion that no crime has been committed.
Hristov received the document from the Spanish prosecutor’s office in July, three months after the investigation was archived. It lasted 2 years
If there was a crime, the Spanish authorities would not allow Alexander Chaushev’s house to be put up for sale. It would be seized by the relevant authorities. There are no sanctions for any of the companies. This is the truth, Yordan Hristov is categorical. He says he has read many untrue things about himself and the Barcelona real estate case.
In the case of the sold fashion boutique, Hristov says that there were political protests and riots there at the time. The owners of the site are not the only ones who have left the business. 80% of stores have closed or gone bankrupt.
