According to Danang, the clothing smuggling method can be traced to the import process, whether it is legal or illegal. Since the import process uses ships, Danang emphasized that there must be non-informative services at the entrance of international ports.

Danang emphasized that his party wants to stop illegal imports. He believes that the government must implement an ‘iron fist’ policy if it wants to stop smuggled goods.

For example, the Indonesian government wants to impose import taxes on imported clothing and finished clothing products.

“However, the business world sees that the officials have two faces at the moment. As if they are concerned about the hundreds of thousands of workers who have been laid off, but they are also protecting -illegal imports,” Danang criticized.
