According to them, the businessman was detained while trying to travel abroad – this happened at the Medika-Shegini checkpoint today, January 18, at 15:00.
Sources said that the State Bureau of Investigation is already conducting searches at the Concorde Capital office. The case is related to obtaining the right to land in order to build the premium cottage community Goodlife Park in the Vyshgorod district near Kiev.
It is worth noting that Goodlife Park was built back in 2013. The area of the cottage town is 40 hectares. It is located 12 kilometers from Kyiv.

Concorde Capital said that security forces broke into the office, knocking down the door of the business center.
As the company noted, searches are carried out without a corresponding court decision. Law enforcement officers take away all documents related to the activities of Igor Mazepa. They also seized the employees’ personal belongings.
Concorde Capital claims that during Mazepa’s detention, security forces searched the car without a court order, and also did not allow a lawyer to participate in the investigative actions.
Mazepa tried to travel abroad to attend the World Economic Forum.
“And this was the reason for his detention without a court order. We associate such actions of the DBR with the position of Igor Mazepa regarding the pressure of the security forces on business,” the company clarified.
Let us recall that Mazepa previously criticized the high concentration of the state in the Ukrainian economy.
According to him, such conditions will become a big obstacle to the development of our country after the end of the war with Russia.
