‘Businessman Gerard Sanderink threatens police inspector and destroys evidence’ | Financial

Sanderink is the owner and chief boss of ICT company Centric and construction company Strukton. Both companies work a lot for the Dutch government. The Twente top man was recently again convicted by the court in Almelo for spreading libel and slander about his ex-girlfriend Brigitte van Egten. She had Sanderink’s telephone and mailbox seized for further evidence of this.

‘Swearing and Threats’

The bailiff went to the Strukton head office in Utrecht on 21 December for this. When Sanderink refused to receive him, a police inspector was called in to act as an assistant public prosecutor. The official report of the bailiff states that Sanderink threw the seizure papers on the floor and scolded both officials. He also threatened the assistant officer. Sanderink refused to hand over his phone.

He eventually did, but then the entire contents of the phone were remotely wiped. The bailiff thereby establishes a link with Sanderink’s new girlfriend, Rian van Rijbroek. She was the inventor of all Sanderink’s passwords and had the opportunity to delete accounts remotely.

Sanderink and Van Rijbroek have not responded to questions from Tubantia.
