Facebook has integrated Instagram and WhatsApp services for businesssas through a new button that will allow you to start a chat without having to manually enter the phone number in the contacts.
Instagram allows companies to show their products to customers, as a “virtual showcase”, and start a conversation through WhatsApp, to resolve any doubts that may arise or close sales.
Many of these companies they already add their WhatsApp number to their Instagram profile, as they point out from Facebook in a statement. However, until now it was necessary for people to manually add the company’s phone number to their contacts, in order to start a chat.
Precisely, the technology company reported this Thursday that “from now on companies will be able to add a WhatsApp chat button to your Instagram profile, so that anyone interested in your products can start a chat with a single tap. “
