Business Travel Advisors
on a permanent contract in Montpellier, Lille or teleworking
Mission :
– Book trips for professional requests
– Respond to customer requests within the agreed deadlines
– Provide quality service within the framework of productivity objectives
– Assist customers in case of problems
– Check reservations against the customer travel policy
– Price travel requests
– To win the loyalty of customers
– Control the quality of the files
– Apply the list of referenced suppliers
– Apply and control the operational procedures defined
Profile :
– You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
– You master an Amadeus or Saber type GDS.
– You are able to work in a team and you have a sense of service.
– You know the commercial techniques and know how to establish a privileged contact with each client.
– Fluency in French and English and/or German
